For 29 years, Local Economic and Employment Development (LEED) Council has implemented a successful model of community development that integrates economic and employment development. We design and implement innovative business development and workforce programs that foster business growth, create jobs, and assist individuals to obtain jobs.

Our website reflects LEED Council’s on-going commitment to Advancing Economic Opportunity and highlights new initiatives promoting Working Locally for Chicago. We appreciate your interest, encourage your active involvement with our initiatives, and welcome your feedback: enews (@) leedcouncil.org

Review our programs to encourage business growth in the North River Industrial Corridor and to provide skills training and job placements for low-income Chicagoans.
