Workforce Development To enhance the competitiveness of employers and increase access to jobs for low-income, low-skilled Chicagoans, LEED Council will: ▪ Conduct Entry-Level Industrial Skills Training (ELIST) geared for careers in manufacturing, maintenance, and building trades. ▪ Deliver customized recruitment, training and job placement services as well as news on available workforce resources and funding. ▪ Develop and operate a Computer Technology Center with access and classes for trainees, constituents and workers to improve their computer skills.
